LIGHTSHAPE has created a film about the design of the Porsche Taycan in real footage and fully computer-generated, there you can see the aerodynamic development of the Taycan from prototype to final version in the wind tunnel. Exterior shots show the different active aerodynamic features and driving modes of the Taycan.
All elements of the animation are full CG, i.e. completely generated on the computer. The transformation from prototype to finished vehicle takes place in the wind tunnel. In the process, the aerodynamic optimizations are made clear.
