Showroom 2.0 What is a digital showroom?
A digital showroom, also known as a virtual showroom or 3D showroom, is a virtual exhibition space in which companies can present their products in a web browser or with VR glasses. As in a physical showroom, customers can take a closer look at the products, test them and get advice before they buy them. We developed this showroom in close cooperation with our customer Groz-Beckert. The basic functions and options were initiated by the customer, developed together and implemented by us in this form.
The great advantage of a virtual showroom is that it can be accessed at any time and from any location. A digital showroom is always open and accessible worldwide, but can also be open only for special events. The reach is thus increased and new customers and new markets are reached with a completely new customer experience. In addition, previously necessary travel is eliminated, which massively reduces costs and effort for you and your customers.
A digital showroom can be your gateway to the Metaverse.

Digital Showroom examples What does a digital showroom look like?
The digital showroom is not a copy of a real showroom. It is designed specifically for the 3D world. Elements and graphics from the real showroom can be adopted to ensure a consistent appearance.
The digital showroom is not based on 360° panoramas. A real 3D scene is developed that allows to move freely in the space and interact with the virtual product exhibits, the exhibitor and the visitors.

Our digital showroom Features & Advantages
True 3D and in-app video conferencing
The combination of real 3D and in-app video conferencing make our digital showroom unique. Our digital showroom is not based on 360 degree panoramas, but a real 3D scene is developed. The unique digital showroom experience, recreates the real encounter of customer and sales representative in virtual space. The visitor can move freely in the 3D space alone or with other people.
Through rights and roles, sales representatives can arrange individual and personal appointments with their customers. In a private virtual space, this ensures an intimate sales situation that is protected from the outside.
Interactive product viewing
Together, sales staff and customer can discuss the respective products in detail through the interactive product viewing. The 3D scene combined with video telephony is characterized by free rotation of the objects, showing of striking points and zooming in on details. Brochures can be browsed together as well as videos can be watched together. The products are fully animatable with all their functions.
