Virtual Reality New Filder station for the real-time application 'The Cave
LIGHTSHAPE has already developed a virtual reality real-time application called "The CAVE" for the InfoTurm Stuttgart. The InfoTower in Stuttgart's main station informs about the railroad project Stuttgart- Ulm. The Cave installation consists of three walls as well as the floor, which are projected in real time by several beamers. On site, visitors can go on interactive camera flights through the future through station.
For the Cave application, LIGHTSHAPE has now prepared the new airport station / Filderbahnhof. Visitors can teleport virtually from the new Stuttgart main station to the new airport station and also back to the main station. The teleport areas are located on tracks 1-4 of the main station, which make it look as if you are traveling to the airport station on an ICE train. Once at the airport station, you can explore it with the drone.
