We develop easy-to-understand menus with instructions in VR for independent learning, without the presence of teaching staff. The employee experiences a fully immersive learning environment and can focus on the essentials.

Employee training in VR PRODUcTION - MAINTENANCE - Hazardous situations
The virtual training of employees with the help of VR applications is not only suitable for complex and cost-intensive products, machines and tools. In VR, the correct behavior and procedure in dangerous situations, accidents or working in life-threatening environments can be trained safely.
In the training for machines and products, you can train all work processes, assembly and disassembly steps, as often as you like. Especially in complex operations, there is no risk of damaging the machines. Very well trained personnel can not only work more efficiently, but also helps to shorten downtime in emergency situations.
Human lives are our most valuable asset. Protecting them and preparing them for dangerous situations or teaching them the right behavior in a life-threatening work environment is essential. Whether at great heights, under water or in a fire, all these situations can be trained safely in VR.
The playful learning in virtual space additionally enables the achievement of faster and better learning progress. Effective employee training in VR leads to efficient work in all situations and thus helps to save time, costs and resources.
For Braunform GmbH, LIGHTSHAPE has developed a VR training application for injection molds. Here, the fitter is guided through the various maintenance steps using a virtual tutorial. Instruction boards show the exact work steps and explain the use of the virtual tools. With a "foreman avatar", it is possible to be shown the work steps to be carried out and then to carry them out oneself on the digital twin, i.e. the digital representation of the machine.

Concrete instructions
Our applications are populated with instructional panels that provide precise instructions of each step of the process, so that the user can learn how to use the tool correctly. Thanks to these panels, the user does not feel left alone and is given instructions on what to pay attention to at every point.
Virtual execution
Virtual training is perfect for ensuring that there is no know-how gap in the current situation (COVID 19). By learning the work steps on the digital twin, your employees receive preliminary training for the respective machines.
